Members of the Swiss Commerce Seal Program agree to adhere to Swiss Commerce’s established privacy principles of disclosure, choice, access, and security. Members of the Swiss Commerce Privacy Program also agree to comply with ongoing oversight and its alternative dispute resolution process to ensure full consumer protection.

Important customer services, such as providing different contact information, shipping policies, acceptable return policies etc.

Which security procedures the member site has in place to   protect your information from loss, misuse, or alteration.

All of our members are strictly obligated to use an internationally known, secure gateway for online credit card payment processing when products are offered for sale through their web site.

If you can meet most of the qualifications described above you may apply for the Swiss Commerce Seal. After reviewing your application, we may approve your business immediately or subjected to some additional online requirements that we can help you to achieve.
